Présentation
I work in the Plant Pathology research unit of INRAE’s center in Avignon since June 2023. I arrived as Junior Research Scientist after several years of post-doctoral research on microbial ecology at the Institute of Environmental Microbiology of the Czech Academy of Sciences in Prague. My current research aims to improve the efficiency and stability of biocontrol products based on the use of microbes against plant diseases. I focus on the environmental factors, abiotic and biotic, that modulate the efficiency and stability of biocontrol agents and more specifically the interactions between microbial biocontrol agent and the indigenous microbiota.
