Christophe Vieu, PhD in solid state physics is professor of physics at the National Institute of Applied Sciences (INSA), an Enginnering school of Toulouse. He is conducting research in the field of Nanobiotechnologies in the Laboratory of Architecture and Analysis of Systems (LAAS) of CNRS organisation. Main fields of interest are: Nanopatterning, Biopatterning, Nanoscale devices and tools for biodetection and medecine, education in Nanotechnologies.
Author of more than 180 publications in international conference proceedings, journals and books, he has been involved in several European projects and international cooperations.
Christophe Vieu, phD en physique du solide est professeur de physique dans une école d’ingénieur de Toulouse : l’Institut National des Sciences Appliquées. Il mène des recherches dans le domaine des Nanobiotechnologies au Laboratoire d’Analyse et d’Architecture des Systèmes (LAAS) du CNRS. Ses principaux centres d’intérêt sont : la Nanofabrication, la manipulation et l’assemblage de biomolécules, les nanodispositifs et outils de biodétection, la nanomédecine et l’éducation aux nanotechnologies.
Auteur de plus de 180 publications dans des journaux scientifiques, des actes de conférence internationale et de livres, il a été impliqué dans plusieurs projets de recherche européens ainsi que de nombreuses collaborations internationales.
