Présentation
My work focuses on the epidemiology and evolutionary biology of plant pathogens, with a particular interest in insect-borne diseases (virus, but also phytoplasm) and fungi. My research is mainly based on mathematical models, numerical simulations and statistical inference methods. Applied perspectives are to derive management strategies of plant disease resistance and of quarantine/emerging diseases.
