Teacher and researcher in hydrology, hydrometeorology and hydrogeology at IMT Mines Alès

Research :

  • Simulating, forecasting and understanding hydrosystems using artificial intelligence, statistics and physically-based modeling for droughts, underground water and floods.
  • Specialized in mediterranean flash flood events.
  • Willing to develop my research towards hydrometeorological coupling.

Teaching :

  • Teaching hydrology, hydrogeology, hydropower production and GIS at IMT Mines Alès
  • In charge of the development of a new international Master cursus called WISE (Water scIenceS and managEment in a changing world) opening in 2023 in IMT Mines Alès, with Montpellier University, AgroParisTech, Institut Agro of Montpellier (feel free to get in touch with me about this cursus)

  • 2013-2017 Scientific and Modeling Manager at Hydrique (Lausanne, Switzerland) - in charge of the enhancement of hydrological forecasts for hydropower production and flood management / Post Doc in Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL) on seasonal hydrological forecasts for hydropower production.
