Biography Jean-Philip Piquemal est chimiste théoricien, professeur de classe exceptionnelle à Sorbonne Université (SU) et directeur du Laboratoire de Chimie Théorique (SU/CNRS, UMR7616). Il est Principal Investigator du projet ERC (European Research Council Synergy) Synergy Extreme-Scale Mathematics-based Computational Chemistry (EMC2). Sa recherche est réalisée en forte interaction interdisciplinaires avec les mathématiques appliquées et l'informatique haute performance (HPC). Il est aussi directeur scientifique (CSO) et co-fondateur de Qubit Pharmaceuticals.
