I am a senior research scientist at INRAE, in the Plant Health Institute of Montpellier (https://umr-phim.cirad.fr/en)
I am an entomologist working for over 20 years on the hemipteran-plant interactions, especially aphids, whiteflies, and psyllids (book1: http://www.quae.com/fr/r3046-interactions-insectes-plantes.html ; book2: http://store.elsevier.com/Insect-plant-Interactions/isbn-9780128033180/)
Today, within a team of epidemiologists, my research focuses on the evolutionary history of psyllids and the bacterial diseases transmitted by this group of insects: European stone fruit yellows (ESFY), Apple proliferation (AP), Pear Decline (PD), Huanglongbing (HLB), Zebra Chips,... (Team: https://umr-phim.cirad.fr/en/recherche/comprendre-les-epidemies-dans-les-champs-prism/equipe-forisk ; BEYOND Project: https://www6.inrae.fr/beyond/)
