Présentation
My field of research mainly relies on predicting how animals adapt to different biotic and abiotic stressors through integrating different levels of “omics” data and phenotypes using systems-biology-based approaches. In this regard, I am interested in the interaction between host phenotypes and microbial ecosystems in animals of veterinary interest while optimizing health and welfare and delaying the onset of diseases.
