Main field of research: Study of microorganism (pathogenic bacteria, yeasts and viruses) stress response to improve food processes (as destruction of undesired microorganisms).
• Design of endogenous fluorescent biomarkers based on transcriptomic and physiological approaches to better understand the stress response and to enhance the conduct of food processes
• Development of processes to fight against foodborne pathogens (bacteria and viruses)
