Présentation

Thach Ngoc Dinh received the **M.Sc.Res.** degree in automated systems engineering and the **Diplôme d’Ingénieur** (master’s) degree in electrical engineering from **INSA Lyon**, France, in 2011, and the **Ph.D. degree** in physics from **Paris-Saclay University**, funded by **INRIA**, with the Laboratories **CAOR of Mines Paris-PSL** and **L2S-CentraleSupelec**, France, in 2014. From 2015 to 2016, he was a **JSPS Post-Doctoral Fellow** with the **Kyushu Institute of Technology**, Japan. Subsequently, in 2016 and 2017, he held a temporary position of an **Assistant Professor** with the **Polytechnic University of Hauts-de-France**, France. Since September 2017, he has been a tenured **Associate Professor** with **Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers**, France. Additionally, he has held **visiting positions** with the **Kyushu Institute of Technology**, Japan and the **Institute for Advanced Study (HWK)**, Germany. His research focuses on robust control and observer design. He has served as an **Associate Editor** for **IEEE Control Systems Letters** and **Journal of the Franklin Institute**, a **Subject Editor** for **Nonlinear Dynamics**, and an Editorial Board member/a Guest Editor for several other scholarly journals. Moreover, he is a member of the IFAC Technical Committee “Linear Control Systems”.
