1\) phénotypage moléculaire par MALDI-TOF à partir de l’analyse directe protéomique/lipidomique de fluides biologiques ou de cellules entières eucaryotes supérieures en association avec du « machine learning » pour la création de tests diagnostics en intelligence artificielle ;
2\) le phénotypage tissulaire ou imagerie moléculaire par MALDI-TOF à partir de coupes de tissus ;
3\) les approches Top-down pour l’identification des molécules endogènes intactes et entières (analyse structurale des protéines ou lipides) et ;
After a university training in animal physiology, microbiology and biochemistry, I obtained a DEA (post-graduate diploma) in "Structure and integrated biological system" in 1999 at the University of Orsay (Paris XI).
I joined the CNRS in 1999 at the ESPCI Paris Tech as an engineer in Proteomics. After 6 years, in 2005, I moved to the UMR PRC of the INRAE Val de Loire Research Centre. In 2007, I joined INRAE as a Research Engineer and held various positions of responsibility within the platforms (PPAF >PAIB2>CIRE>PIXANIM). Currently, I am deputy director of the PIXANIM platform (ISO 9001 v 2015 certified, IBiSa labelled).
My field of expertise is mass spectrometry applied to proteomics and more recently, since 2015, to lipidomics. My activity focuses on high resolution tandem mass spectrometry coupled to liquid nano-chromatography (LTQ VelosPro Orbitrap mass spectrometer, Thermofisher) and MALDI-TOF mass spectrometry (RapifleX, Bruker daltonics).
I participate in the realization of ≈ 60 projects/year of regional, national, European and international scope in the framework of research (Région Centre, ANR and European projects) and innovation (2 pre-maturation projects, start-up project).
To carry out these projects, I use different analytical strategies:
1\) molecular phenotyping by MALDI-TOF from direct proteomic/lipidomic analysis of biological fluids or higher eukaryotic whole cells in combination with machine learning for the creation of diagnostic tests in artificial intelligence;
2\) Tissue phenotyping or molecular imaging by MALDI-TOF from tissue sections;
3\) Top-down approaches for the identification of intact and whole endogenous molecules (structural analysis of proteins or lipids) and
4\) classical bottom-up label-free qualitative and quantitative proteomics approaches.
