Yves Dallery est **Professeur de Supply Chain** à CentraleSupélec (anciennement Ecole Centrale Paris). Il est par ailleurs **Associé au sein de Diagma**, cabinet de conseil en supply chain management.
Yves Dallery a rejoint l’Ecole Centrale Paris en 1999 pour développer l’activité en gestion des opérations et supply chain management. Son action s'est concrétisée en particulier par :
- La création, au sein du cursus centralien, d'une filière métier en Management de Production & Logistique qui s’est depuis transformée en un **Parcours Supply Chain** au sein de l’option Génie Industriel de 3ème année
- Le développement d'activités de **Recherche/Innovation** dans le domaine du supply chain management dont une partie importante en lien avec des entreprises
- Le développement d’un programme de formation en supply chain à destination des managers et de programmes personnalisés pour de grandes entreprises
- La création de la **Chaire Supply Chain** qui regroupe dans un partenariat unique des entreprises de secteurs variés sur des actions de recherche/innovation, de recrutement et d’executive education
Il est actuellement
· **Professeur au sein du Laboratoire Génie Industriel (LGI)** de Centrale Supélec, équipe Aide à la Décision pour la production et la distribution de biens et de services
· **Directeur de la chaire Supply Chain** avec comme partenaires **Carrefour, LVMH, Safran, Sanofi**
· **Directeur du Programme Executive Education en Supply Chain Management**,
Il a été responsable du département Sciences de l’Entreprise et directeur-adjoint du Laboratoire de Génie Industriel. Il a par ailleurs été l’un des pilotes du projet Ariane, projet de refonte complète du cursus d’ingénieur centralien dont la première promotion est sortie en 2010.
Yves Dallery s’intéresse au management de la supply chain dans ses diverses dimensions :
- Stratégie supply chain et supply chain design
- Optimisation des processus de la supply chain : S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning), prévisions, planification de la production, gestion de stocks et pilotage des flux,…
- Optimisation globale de la supply chain : vision multi-acteurs, collaboration, mutualisation,…
- Indicateurs de performances, démarches d'animation et d’amélioration de la performance
Il s’intéresse aussi au domaine des services (call centers, hospitalisation à domicile, logistique urbaine,…)
