Yves Dallery
Présentation
Yves Dallery est Professeur de Supply Chain à CentraleSupélec (anciennement Ecole Centrale Paris). Il est par ailleurs Associé au sein de Diagma, cabinet de conseil en supply chain management. Yves Dallery a rejoint l’Ecole Centrale Paris en 1999 pour développer l’activité en gestion des opérations et supply chain management. Son action s'est concrétisée en particulier par : Il est actuellement · Professeur au sein du Laboratoire Génie Industriel (LGI) de Centrale Supélec, équipe Aide à la Décision pour la production et la distribution de biens et de services · Directeur de la chaire Supply Chain avec comme partenaires Carrefour, LVMH, Safran, Sanofi · Directeur du Programme Executive Education en Supply Chain Management, Il a été responsable du département Sciences de l’Entreprise et directeur-adjoint du Laboratoire de Génie Industriel. Il a par ailleurs été l’un des pilotes du projet Ariane, projet de refonte complète du cursus d’ingénieur centralien dont la première promotion est sortie en 2010. Yves Dallery s’intéresse au management de la supply chain dans ses diverses dimensions : Il s’intéresse aussi au domaine des services (call centers, hospitalisation à domicile, logistique urbaine,…)
