### **INSA Lyon - Laboratoire ampère** *Laboratoire ampère UMR5005* *Campus de la Doua 69621 Villeurbanne cedex* *camille.sonneville@insa-lyon.fr* ### Thèmes de recherches : De manière générale Camille Sonneville travaille sur **la caractérisation spectroscopique et optiques des matériaux sous contraintes sévères** : tension, température et pression... - Après une thèse sur la caractérisation par spectroscopie vibrationnelle (Raman et Brillouin) des verres d'oxydes, elle a effectué un post-doctoral à l'université de Montréal suivi d'un ATER à l'ENS Paris Saclay où elle a pu poursuivre ses travaux de recherches sur la caractérisation spectroscopique des matériaux, en particulier des composés de lanthanides, composés de terre rare, des verre, perovskite et polymères... - Elle a intégrée l'INSA de Lyon en 2017 en tant qu'ATER et a rejoint le laboratoire Ampère en 2018 en tant que maitre de conférence où elle fait partie du département énergie électrique. Ses travaux au laboratoire Ampère concernent principalement la **caractérisation physique** par méthodes optiques et electro-optique des **composants de puissance à grand gap** (SiC, GaN et diamant). ### Enseignement : - Camille Sonneville est titulaire de l'agrégation de physique option physique depuis 2009. - Elle a enseigné en préparation à l'agrégation de physique de l'ENS Cachan, en classe préparatoire (PCSI) au lycée Janson de sailly (Paris) et en PC au lycée des Chartreux (Lyon), ainsi qu'à l'IUT Lyon 1. - Depuis 2017, elle enseigne la physique en Formation Initiale au Métier de l'Ingénieur (FIMI) de l'INSA de Lyon. En particulier l'optique géométrique et ondulatoire, l'électrocinétique, l'électromagnetisme et les outils mathématiques pour les sciences de l'ingénieur.
