Présentation

Since 2024, I am an associate professor at Nantes University, where I am a member of the [IPI](https://www.ls2n.fr/equipe/ipi/?lang=en) research group. I have formerly been a member of Prof. Marie-Paule Cani's [GeoVic](https://www.lix.polytechnique.fr/vista/) group at Ecole Polytechnique, Prof. Tamy Boubekeur's [Computer Graphics group](http://www.tsi.telecom-paristech.fr/cg/) at Télécom Paris, and a doctoral / postdoctoral researcher at Inria, the french National Institute for Research in Digital Science and Technology. My research themes are related to computer graphics, mainly 3D animation and rendering. I ambition to contribute in the provision of smart intuitive tools to digital artists (e.g. virtual production, entertainment, virtual tours / immersive experiences), from novices to experts. My research interests include: - Virtual Camera(s) Control - Aerial Cinematography (UAV) - Automated Video Editing / Video Summarization - Virtual Lights Control / Inverse-rendering - Physically-based Light Source Models / Rendering (PBR) - Intermediate Representations and Search Spaces, Dimensionality Reduction - Empirical Knowledge Formalisation: e.g. Film Grammar (shooting, lighting, film editing).
