Présentation

I received my first Master’s degree in UX Research in 2024, which is a domain that focuses on understanding user behaviors, needs, and experiences through qualitative and quantitative methods to inform the design of intuitive, efficient, and user-centered products and services. I am currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Health Research at Université Claude Bernard Lyon 1 to specialize in researching user needs in healthcare. I'm also working as a freelance UX Researcher, focusing on understanding user behavior, needs, and experiences to improve the design of digital health interfaces and interactive systems. My work involves employing a mix of qualitative and quantitative methods to study how users interact with products in health, ensuring that designs are intuitive, efficient, and aligned with human cognitive and emotional processes. I have experience conducting research with diverse populations, using methods such as usability testing, interviews, shadowing and behavioral experiments.
