Présentation

Emilie Franceschini received her M.S. degree in Acoustics from the University of Méditérannée, Marseille, 2003, and the Ph.D. degree in Acoustics from the University of Provence, Marseille, 2006. In 2007, she was a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Laboratory of Biorheology and Medical Ultrasonics, Research Center of the University of Montreal Hospital, Montreal, conducting research in ultrasonic blood characterization. Since October 2008, she is a Researcher at the French National Center for Scientific Research (CNRS) in the Laboratory of Mechanics and Acoustics CNRS UMR 7031, Marseille. Her research interests include ultrasound tissue characterization, quantitative ultrasound techniques, ultrasound tomography and inverse problems.
