Présentation
I have a BA in Econometrics from the University of Social Sciences in Toulouse, a MA in econometrics (with honours) and a postgraduate degree in microeconomics (with honours) from the University of Montpellier. I defended a doctorate in Economics (obtained with honours) in 2003 at the University of Perpignan where I was temporary teaching and research assistant (ATER). I obtained a post-doctorate from the City University-London where I also taught statistics. My thesis aimed at estimating demand and supply responses to CAP’s measures in the French wine market. During my PhD, I had the opportunity to become research associate at East Anglia University, of an ESRC funded project Social Obligations and Economic Regulation. There, I started working on the effect of electricity & gas markets liberalisation on firms’ pricing and fuel poverty. I worked 6-month as research associate in energy economics at Paris-Saclay University. At OFCE (Sciences Po) I worked on Demand side management (DSM), R&D and patenting in the energy sector. In 2011 I oversaw the statistical method for a Field Experiment (“TICELEC” project) on Smart Metering. Since 2016 I’ve been applying standard and Quasi-Experimental statistical methods for the evaluation of various public policies.
