Isolation and culture of equine and human articular chondrocytes, mesenchymal stem cell derived from bone marrow and umbilical cord blood (Equine). 3D cartilage organoid models.
Isolation and culture of adult neuronal stem cell (rodent), primary cultures of rodent’s hippocampal and cortical neurons, astrocytes and mixed cultures of neurons and astrocytes, adherent mammalian cell lines (COS-7, HEK293T, CHO), fibroblast cell culture.
Transfection and preparation of viruses (sindbis virus, lentivirus, moloney murine leukemia virus).
Models of cell death. Test of cytotoxicity and apoptosis, proliferation and wound-healing assay.
**Microbiology**
Isolation and culture, bacterial transformation, plasmid amplification, gram coloration, API identification.
**Molecular Biology**
