Présentation
I have begun developing computational modelling of cytoskeleton dynamics to understand how the cells adapt their structure to their environment. I have succeed in proposing mechanisms of cell adhesion and cell migration guided by substrate shape. Based on these results of our models that reproduced observed phenomenon on static cellular environment, I have built the idea of upgrading the models into avatars of cell to develop strategies for tissue engineering based on in silico live predicting tool that a are able to guide cell functions into dynamic cellular environments.
