Tree Physiology - Bioremediation - Phenotyping
As an ecophysiologist, my research involves adapting phenotyping and monitoring methods for in situ and ex situ woody plants in an environmental science context. In recent years, I have worked mainly on the phytomanagement of contaminated soils and the ecophysiological monitoring of demonstration sites, gradually leading me to take an interest in global remote sensing methods.
Projects
- EDAPHOS – Advanced mapping, risk assessment and nature-based depollution methods are combined to accelerate the recovery of contaminated soils and ensure that ecological restoration enters mainstream business (porteur M Chalot)
- ECOPOLIS – Converting an urban wasteland into a living-lab (Porteur M Chalot)
- Observatoire des Forêts Comtoises(Chrono-environnement/Théma/Femto-ST)
