- Professor of Mathematics at the faculty of Science & Technology (UFR STE, ex-DSI), Université des Antilles, pôle Martinique.
- Ph.D. in mathematical physics from Univ. Aix-Marseille II - Luminy (1997) ; habilitated since 2011.
- Magistère of Ecole Normale Supérieure ; Diplom-Physiker from Universität Karlsruhe (now KIT).
- Former Director (2017-2020) of the research lab EA2440 : MEMIAD - Management, Economie, Modélisation, Informatique et Aide à la Décision
- Former Director (2012-2016) of the Faculty of Science & Technology "D.S.I." (see above)
- currently head of the Department of Mathematics and Computer Science

Research interests
in Mathematics (Algebras of generalized functions, differential equations, optimisation; mathematical modelling of phenomena in nature; differential geometry and topology; number theory ;
and Theoretical Physics (Gauge field theory (classical, quantum, supersymmetric...), esp. supergravity; differential geometry and topological aspects of gauge theories.
Teaching
Lectures on analysis & linear algebra, general algebra (groups - rings - ideals - fields), bilinear & multilinear algebra; numerical mathematics & computer algebra, numerical optimization and applications to economics, operations research.
(Various levels between 2nd year and master's degree).
Occasionally, lectures in Physics (Electromagnetism, Maxwell's equations)
