Présentation

Michael Tikhomirov was born in 1950 in Kharkov, Ukrainian SSR, USSR. Since 1972, after graduating from the Kharkov Institute of Radioelectronics (majoring in Electronic Devices), he served from engineer to head of sector at the Scientific Research Technological Institute of Instrument Engineering. From 1990 to 1991, he has held the position of Head of Department. From 1992 - Director of Scientific-Production Company. In 1989, he completed his postgraduate studies at MLTI (now Mytischi Branch of Bauman Moscow State Technical University). By the decision of the specialized council of MLTI (now Mytischi Branch of Bauman Moscow State Technical University) from October, 18th, 1989 on the basis of the defense of the dissertation "Silicon integral gauges of mechanical values of control, monitoring and regulation systems for a range of temperatures 0-300℃" on a speciality 05.13.05 "Elements and devices of computer technology and control systems", was awarded the scientific degree of the candidate of engineering sciences. Leading organization NPO "Energomash" (Khimki, Moscow region) pointed out in the positive conclusion that in dissertation work physical and functional models of transducers with extended temperature range up to + 300℃ were studied and generalized. On the basis of this work created transducers of total pressure and low-frequency acceleration, meeting the requirements and operating conditions in the model tests of modern and advanced engines. The effectiveness and great practical importance of the work are confirmed by the results of the implementation in the experimental and design work of the organizations of the Ministry of General Machine-Building of the USSR (now the State Corporation "Roscosmos").
