Présentation

Miriam APARICIO is an Emeritus Professor of the Universidad Nacional de Cuyo (Argentina) and « professeure des universités » in France in two disciplinary fields: Education and Psychology. Also an Undergraduate professor at various universities in Argentina, America and Europe. Formation: She has obtained 6 degree diplomas in the field of Education, Social Psychology, Work and Organizations Psychology and Social Communication. Master Degree: Education, Human Relations and Social Communication (UCA, Argentina). Doctoral Degree: PhD. in Educational Science (UCA, Argentina, 1995); PhD. in Educational Science, Université Paris V, Sorbona (France, 2005). HDR Degree (certification to conduct research in U.E.) in Education (Université Paris X, Nanterre) and Psychology (Université Lille 3, France). In all cases, she obtained the best average or a gold medal. Science: Major area of research: Education and Psychology. Pioneer of Social Psychology in Argentina. She is a Lead Researcher at CONICET (National Council of Scientific Research, Argentina). She works on the factors that impact on the equal opportunities, institutional quality, professionalization, employability, identity, skills/competencies, creativity and innovation of university institutions and labor organizations (in particular, psychosocial, decision-making and organizational processes and “soft” skills and intercultural competencies). She is also interested in the factors that impact on achievement and personal/professional trajectories in a globalized and technological world. Scientific Production: 25 Authored books in publishing houses of international prestige 55 Book Chapters (18 Spanish, 14 French, 22 English, 1 Portuguese) and 1 Handbook published in the USA. More than 150 indexed articles (SCI, SCII, SCOPUS,…). She has participated in various scientific activities: Papers presented in Conferences: international (111) and national (223); Scientific Meetings (153); Invited Presentations Delivered (27). She has participated as a speaker in 49 International Conferences. She has developed academic-scientific activities in 56 countries. She has won 24 scholarships and research stays in Europe. She has trained 167 human resources; in particular, she has supervised doctoral and master's theses. She has generated new interdisciplinary micro-fields and its systemic theory, sui generis.
