Presentation

Pour me contacter nraineri@icn-artem.com

My main research topics are "micro-CSR" (a field of research that adopts a person-centered, psychology-based approach to studying corporate social responsibility, notably through the study of employee attitudes and behaviors), "work meaningfulness" and the "ideological contract" between employee and employer.
