Philippe Blache
Présentation
Présentation Je suis directeur de recherche au CNRS. Mes travaux portent sur le traitement du langage d'un point de vue formel, informatique et neuro-linguistique. Je m'intéresse particulièrement à la façon dont les humains traitent le langage dans des contextes naturels, tels que les conversations. Un aspect de mon travail consiste à développer des outils et des méthodes pour analyser les données collectées dans des environnements écologiques, en prêtant attention aux aspects multimodaux de la communication. Mes recherches se concentrent principalement sur les aspects théoriques et expérimentaux visant le développement d'un modèle cognitif complet du traitement du langage. Récemment, j'ai exploré ces questions en étudiant les bases neuronale des interactions naturelles, en utilisant des ensembles de données multimodales uniques et de grande taille pour étudier l'activité cérébrale pendant les conversations. J'ai été directeur de deux unités de recherche du CNRS (2LC, LPL), et été fondateur et directeur d'un laboratoire d'excellence (Brain and Language Research Institute) puis de l'Institute of Language, Communication and the Brain. L'ILCB est une réalisation majeure qui regroupe 10 unités de recherche en linguistique (LPL), psychologie (LPC, ISM, PRISM), neurosciences (INT, INS, LNC), mathématiques (I2M) et informatique (LIS, LIA).
