##### Rostom Kachouri received his Engineer and Master degrees from the National Engineering School of Sfax (ENIS) respectively in 2003 and 2004. In 2010, he received his Ph.D. in Image and Signal Processing from the University of Evry Val d’Essonne.
##### From 2005 to 2010, Dr. Kachouri was an Assistant Professor at the National Engineering School of Sfax (ENIS) and then at the University of Evry Val d’Essonne.
##### From 2010 to 2012, He held a post-doctoral position as part of a project with the high technology group SAGEMCOM.
##### Dr. Kachouri is currently Associate Professor in the Computer Science Department and Head of apprenticeship computer and application engineering at ESIEE, Paris.
##### He is member of the Institut Gaspard-Monge, unité mixte de recherche CNRS-UMLPE-ESIEE, UMR 8049.
##### His main research interests include pattern recognition, machine learning, clustering and Algorithm-Architecture Matching.

##### Rostom KACHOURI est ingénieur-docteur en Traitement des images et du signal.
##### Depuis 2004, Rostom Kachouri a occupé des postes de professeur adjoint dans plusieurs établissements universitaires en France et en Tunisie. Entre 2010 et 2012, il a occupé un poste de recherche Post-Doctoral dans le cadre d'un projet industriel avec le groupe SAGEMCOM, France. Actuellement, il est Professeur associé au département Informatique et Télécommunications (IT), ESIEE Paris, Responsable de la filière par apprentissage "Informatique et Application - Ingénierie 3D et technologie des médias" et membre de l’Équipe Algorithmes, Architectures, Analyse et Synthèse d'Images (A3SI) du Laboratoire Informatique Gaspard Monge de l'Université de Paris-Est CNRS (UMR 8049 LIGM).

- Reconnaissance d'images par le contenu (CBIR) : Traitement et analyse d’images dans les bases biométriques, médicales, et hétérogènes ; Apprentissage ; Deep & Machine Learning ; Segmentation ; Aide au diagnostic de pathologies oculaires et cérébrales.
- Reconnaissance Optique de Caractère (ROC) : Segmentation et extraction de texte, description, classification par caractéristiques, apprentissage profond.
- Adéquation Algorithmes-Architectures (AAA) : Systèmes temps-réel, architectures multi-cœurs, processeurs graphiques GPGPU, circuits reconfigurables FPGA, systèmes embarqués.
