Rostom Kachouri
Présentation
Rostom Kachouri a obtenu l'Habilitation à Diriger les Recherches (HDR) en 2024 à l'Université Paris Est (UPEC).
Après avoir obtenu son diplôme d'ingénieur et son master respectivement en 2003 et 2004, il a été professeur assistant à l'École nationale d'ingénieurs de Sfax (ENIS). Il a ensuite rejoint l'université d'Évry Val d'Essonne en tant qu'assistant d'enseignement et de recherche (ATER), où il a obtenu en 2010 un doctorat en traitement de l'image et du signal avec les félicitations du jury. Il a travaillé pendant trois ans sur les systèmes de recherche d'images basée sur le contenu (CBIR).
De 2010 à 2012, il a occupé un poste de post-doctorant dans le cadre d'un projet avec le groupe de haute technologie SAGEMCOM. Il y a travaillé sur divers problèmes d'analyse d'images dédiés à la numérisation de documents et a été confronté à un certain nombre de défis technologiques, tels que la segmentation des documents, l'encodage en couches des documents numérisés et la compression sans perte.
En 2012, il a rejoint le département informatique et télécommunications, ESIEE Paris, où il est professeur associé et responsable de l'équipe A3SI du Laboratoire d'Informatique Gaspard Monge, Université Gustave Eiffel.
À l'aide de méthodes d'apprentissage automatique (ML) et d'apprentissage profond (DL) telles que les réseaux neuronaux convolutifs (CNN) et les réseaux antagonistes génératifs (GAN), ses recherches actuelles portent sur l'étude de l'authentification automatique, la segmentation des signes pathologiques et le dépistage et le diagnostic de diverses pathologies à partir d'images biométriques et médicales telles que les images du fond de l'œil et les IRM cérébrales et cardiaques.Biographie :
