Presentation
PhD student in a collaboration project between three INRAE labs (GAFL, GQE, BFP) and Bayer, I am working on the cucumber resistance to viruses with quantitative genetics approach. I have a Master degree in plant breeding in tropical and mediterranean context from the InstitutAgro of Montpellier. My research activities are focused on quantitative genetics applied to vegetable resistance to biotic stress and especially on the adaptation of GWA approach to virus resistance phenotypes.
During my CIFRE PhD, I discovered that I really thrived in multicultural and multidiscipline teams and enabled the collaboration between different labs and a private company. I developed an interest for teaching and was able to manage three interns. I co-founded the quantitative genetic club of GAFL. I am a real R addict.
