Présentation

Enseignant-chercheur en Génie des Procédés. Mes travaux de recherche actuels concernent, d'une part, l'étude expérimentale et la modélisation de fours tournants munis de releveurs (aspects thermiques et hydrodynamiques) et d'autre part la thermodynamique et plus particulièrement la mesure et la modélisation des équilibres entre phases fluides. Je suis rattaché à l'unité de recherche SayFood (Paris-Saclay Food & Bioproduct Engineering), UMR associant INRAE et AgroParisTech et faisant partie de l'Université Paris-Saclay (UPSaclay). J'enseigne le génie des procédés au Cnam (formation professionnelle supérieure tout au long de la vie) à des professionnels, futurs ingénieurs pour la plupart ; en présentiel et à distance.
