Présentation
Scientist with 17+ years of experience working in the French Food Safety Agency. My activity focused on the characterization of the virulence of bacterial pathogens from beef and poultry. I am currently setting up a national surveillance system for food poisoning and developing projects to value Next-generation sequencing (NGS) data for food borne pathogen surveillance.
