My research lies at the interface of systems biology and plant–microbe interactions. By combining multi-omics approaches (transcriptomics, genomics, metabolomics) with reverse genetics tools, I investigate plant responses across multiple levels of organization, from gene to organism. I am particularly interested in identifying and characterizing novel determinants of grapevine resistance to fungal diseases, especially Botrytis cinerea, with the broader goal of unraveling the molecular basis of natural tolerance and contributing to sustainable crop protection strategies.
