Présentation
I am an Inspectrice d’académie – Inspectrice pédagogique régionale in mathematics (IA-IPR) and hold a PhD in mathematics didactics (LDAR). My research focuses on the professional development of teacher educators and teachers in mathematics in the context of digital technologies.
I developed the theoretical framework DAaT-DP (Double Approach Adapted to Technologies for Professional Development), drawing on the work of Maha Abboud (2024) concerning the adaptation of the Double Approach (didactic and ergonomic) to digital environments, and on Thomas Guskey (2002) regarding teacher professional development.
The DAaT-DP framework aims to structure a three-level curriculum-based training system (trainers → teachers → students) and to analyze the effects of training through: • systemic and local tensions, • professional and epistemological postures, • and the circulation of disciplinary and transversal knowledge (Sayac, 2011) in digital environments.
My work builds on the field of mathematics didactics and engages in close dialogue with the Theory of Didactical Situations (TDS) (Brousseau, 1998). It questions the actual effects of training on student learning, through the evolving practices of teachers and the support provided by teacher educators
