Présentation
Enseignant chercheur à l'Université de Bordeaux, je suis membre du laboratoire IMS et j'enseigne au département GEII de l'IUT de Bordeaux. Mon activité de recherche sur les ondes terahertz a pour finalité l'analyse et le test d'objets de façon non destructive. Elle implique la generation et la mise en forme de ces ondes, y compris par la conception ou l'intégration d'antennes, guides d'ondes et autres élements optiques. Cette intégration est ensuite poussée jusqu'à la mise en place de systemes de ceractérisation guidés ou en espace libre, en transmission ou en reflexion. Ces techniques terahertz sont ensuite mises en oeuvre en lien avec des enjeux sociétaux dans un contexte transdisciplinaire, comme par exemple le domaine biomédical (imagerie du cancer), le patrimoine (inspection d'oeuvres d'art), l'industrie.
