Présentation
My research focuses on the design and optimization of parallel applications for High-Performance Computing systems. My work combines dataflow-based modeling, granularity adaptation, resource allocation, compilation, and runtime optimization for heterogeneous and distributed architectures. I have contributed to the development of model-driven methodologies for the automatic exploration and deployment of radio astronomy imaging applications targeting large-scale HPC infrastructures, including the Square Kilometre Array (SKA). My current research investigates runtime and compilation techniques for improving the programmability and performance of distributed-memory systems through the OpenMP Cluster Model.
