Education and Work experience: I received my Ph. D. degree in 2002 from the University of Montpellier 2 (France) in radiation effects on optoelectronics device, cifre thesis (CNES / Alcatel Space / RADIAC ). Since 2003, at the University of Caen (IUT-CRISMAT UMR6508) I was an associate professor in Normandy, now I am a full professor. I successfuly defended my Research Direction Habilitation (HDR) on June 2021 at the University of Caen. My research in Nanoscience topic with interests include (i) scanning probe microscopy with particular emphasis on local nano-electrical characterizations of semiconductor devices for microelectronics reliability and process (ii) radiation damage in optoelectronics and WBG devices (SiC MOSFETs) at the die level.
