Présentation

Since joining CNRS as a permanent researcher in 2017, my research has primarily focused on the field of phonon-cavity nanoelectromechanics and microwave optomechanical systems. My work spans three key elements:

  1. Developing advanced nanofabrication processes to create novel MEMS/NEMS devices, such as double-drum nanoelectromechanical resonators.
  2. Conducting theoretical modeling through analytical calculations to support these developments.
  3. Designing and performing experiments to investigate computational and detection capabilities in coupled multimode systems, using microwave optomechanical devices and nanoelectromechanical resonator arrays.
